RULES & REGULATIONS 1. The Show Organisers reserve the right to refuse entries without assigning a reason. 2. The Show Organisers have the right to cancel any part, or whole, of the show. 3. No unauthorised person shall enter the Show or collecting rings. 4. The Judge’s decision is final. All objections must be lodged in writing with the Show Secretary within 30 minutes of completion of judging of the class involved. A deposit of £50 must accompany the objection which will be returned if the objection is upheld by the Jury of Appeal. 5. Correct and safe dress must be worn at all times. Protective headgear must be worn when mounted on any part of the Show Ground. It is the duty of riders, in the interest of their safety, to ensure that their headgear provides proper protection, is correctly fitted and remains in place. 6. All owners and riders (where applicable, parents and guardians) of horses/ponies competing in any jumping event shall be deemed to be subject to the Rules and Regulations of the British Show Jumping. 7. Prize money to be collected on the Show day from the Treasurer’s Office. 8. The Show Organisers reserve the right to alter ring allocation or timing of classes as may be necessary. It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to be on time for classes. 9. The Rules and By-Laws of the Vale of Glamorgan Agricultural Society must be strictly adhered to by all owners/riders or horses/ponies competing in any event. 10. One free admission per animal entered with a maximum of three will be sent to exhibitors who send entry fee with entry form, plus one stock vehicle and driver pass. 11.
