Kitchener Land and Planning are delighted to offer this development opportunity in the Teignbridge village of Denbury. Outline planning consent has been approved for the construction of two new houses, each of which are shown on indicative plans to take the form of 3 bedroom, two storey semi-detached properties. The site currently comprises a side garden of an existing residential property, with rising land formed by a topsoil mound (formed during construction of other properties on Moorland Avenue) which will be removed as part of the development. A new access will be formed through the north hedge boundary to provide vehicular access to the new properties. The indicative plans show each property to be c. 75.5sqm / 812sqft. The site extends to c. 0.11 acres / 0.05ha.

There are also links available with the A38 Devon Expressway and the A381 to Totnes from the town. There is a busy railway station on the eastern side of Newton Abbot town centre, which provides services on the main London Paddington-Penzance line.
