ABOUT US 03. our philosophy

At Origin, we believe that we have found a better way to manage your construction projects. It starts with the understanding that if we listen more intently and collaborate more closely, that together we will complete projects that not only fulfill your vision for today but inspire your vision of tomorrow.

Origin has a wealth of experience in different types of projects. Our unique approach to the refurbishment and reconfiguration of live environments, whether retail or commercial, separates us from the rest of the industry.

We understand your best commercial interests would be in maintaining income, seamless trade and a pleasant environment, whilst ensuring that the public, tenants and the existing operator of the asset, remain safe with the least amount of inconvenience.

This process begins during the concept stage and continues through the design development stage, in terms of developing a project plan. The information ascertained from this planning phase is detailed in the out-to- tender documentation to ensure construction is executed correctly.

As every project presents its unique challenges, our approach is tailored to suit the specific needs and constraints of each site. Isolating construction activities from the live environment, as much as possible, is key to the success of any refurbishment project ORIGIN Africa undertakes.
