Rome 13/09/2017 – It was an almost perfect weekend, that of the Dutch- man (Jenzer Motorsport) on the Imola circuit: second place in Race 1 and two victories for him. Results that allowed him not only to achieve second position in the overall rankings, but also to confirm himself as one of the main contenders for the championship. With 192 points, the Dutchman is in fact 17 points behind the leader, New Zealand's Marcus Armstrong (Prema Power Team), who has 209 points. In third place is the Italian Lorenzo Colombo (Bhaitech), who obtained 21 points at Imola, the result of two fifth places and a tenth place; 166 points in total for him. A little more detached, at 131 and 122 points, are Colombo’s team mates, the Ve- nezuelan Sebastian Fernandez and the Italian Leonardo Lorandi, respecti- vely.

• Sixth with 116 points is the Russian Artem Petrov (DR Formula), who left Imola with a tenth place, a ninth place and a retirement. With just two points less, in seventh place with 114 points, is the Estonian Juri Vips (Prema Po- wer Team), who in Imola was always among the protagonists but who, due to unlucky episodes in Race 1 and Race 3, gained less points than he de- served: a retirement for him, as well as a second place and a sixth place in the three races, respectively. The top ten are the German Lirim Zendeli (BWT Muecke Motorsport, 96 points), the Guatemalan Ian Rodriguez (DRZ Benelli, 75) and the Indian Kush Maini (Jenzer Motorsport, 71).

• Three wins in three races for Lorandi in the Rookie Trophy. The Italian is now ahead, with 353 points, of the Brazilian (Prema Power Team, 221 points) and the Argentinian (Jenzer Motorsport, 187). The others in the top five are the Brazilian of DR Formula Felipe Branquinho (164 points), and the Italian Andrea Dell'Accio of Henry Morro- gh Racing (102).

• In the Woman’s Trophy, the German Sophia Flörsch, - BWT Mücke Motor- sport – remains in first place with 200 points.

• Among the teams, Bhaitech is still ahead with 395 points. As in Mugello, however, Prema Power Team is approaching and now stands at 353 points. Jenzer Motorsport consolidates its third place (269 points) over DR Formu- la, fourth with 167 points. Fifth is BWT Muecke Motorsport with 124 points.

• The sixth round of the powered by Abarth will be run over the weekend of 8th to 9th of October at Mugello.
