Tattoo Photo Contest Rules 5/17 – 5/30 Tattoo Photo Contest” is an online contest across KAZR-FM LAZER 103.3, KSTZ-FM STAR 102.5, 93.3 KIOA-FM, 104.1 EZ-FM, KIOA-HD2 HITS 99.9, KSTZ-HD2 93.7 The Outlaw, KAZR-HD2 Pure Oldies 104.5, KRNT-AM 1350 ESPN, KPSZ-AM HOPE 940 and KAZR-HD3, JOY 102.1, hereinafter referred to as Des Moines Radio Group stations, that will occur from May 17th, 2021 through May 30th, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. in which one contestant will win $500. This prize has a retail value of $500. Entries from all stations will be competing for the same prize. Patrons may enter the contest online at lazer1033.com, star1025.com, kioa.com, hits999fm.com, 1041ezfm.com, 937theoutlaw.com, oldies1045.com, espndesmoines.com, iowashope.com and joy1021.com by completely filling out the entry form and uploading a photo on the contest page. The Photo should be of a permanent tattoo on the body of the person submitting the photo. Multiple entries by an individual will disqualify all entries by that individual. One eligible entrant will be randomly drawn to win the contest and contacted by phone and e-mail on June 1st, 2021. Entrants must include all required registration information to register and agree to terms for Aptivada. Images submitted must be owned by the person submitting the entry. No one else may have, or can claim, legal rights to the image. If there is a “minor” (a child or person under the age of 18) in this image, the entrant must certify that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of the minor (child or children) in the image. Any misrepresentation of ownership of the submitted image, or legal guardianship of the minor in the submitted image (if any), will be grounds for disqualification of the contest and potentially all future contests or promotions with Des Moines Radio Group. Entries containing inappropriate images will be disqualified. Des Moines Radio Group has final say of what content is appropriate for the website and has absolute discretion over the eligibility of an image entry. No indecent or obscene material, no content or material that is illegal, no material containing nudity or is sexually explicit, or by law, obscene profane or pornographic is permitted. By entering this contest, you are verifying that you are the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third-party ownership rights exist to the image. If the image contains people, by submitting such image you agree to have the rights necessary to consent or submit on behalf of those in the image.

Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse.
