Discuss and take appropriate action on approving the funding with which to create a Financial Incentive Package for Burrows Manufacturing (Hutto Economic Development Corporation, Polo Enriquez).

Polo Enriquez addressed the Court regarding the spending of $20,000 worth of funds that were collected from sales tax dollars spent in the City of Hutto.
