The guide has four sections: • Types of Resources - Resources are divided into categories with organizations offering resource listed below; pg. 9 - 12 • Hotlines & Websites - Hotlines and websites are listed alphabetically; pg. 13 - 14 • Food Pantries - Food pantries are separated by town and include location, date of distribution and eligibility information if provided; pg. 15 - 21 • Organizations - Organizations are listed alphabetically and include contact information, services offered, cost, and eligibility requirements; pg. 22 - 50

Before you begin: 1. Make a list of your needs and prioritize the list to seek help for the ones most important first. 2. Review the Types of Resources section for organizations that assist with your need(s). 3. Click on the link to be redirected to the organization’s information or check the Table of Contents for the page number. 4. Have a paper and pencil ready to take notes when you make a call or review the website. 5. Visit the organization’s website or call the organization for more information or to apply for their services. a. If calling, be ready to give a brief but complete account of your need, eliminating unrelated information. You may be asked to provide your name, contact information, and where you can be reached, if needed. 6. Take notes during the call including the name and titles of people you talk to and confirm their phone number.
