September 2018

Dear Friends,

Thank you for joining us at the Walk for Hospice! Through the Walk, we celebrate the lives of our loved ones who are no longer with us. We share stories, we laugh, we cry, we reach out and shore each other up and we begin to heal. Today, we literally see our mission in motion – providing exceptional care and support – in you, in your courage, and in your hearts, and in each step you take.

By supporting the Walk for Hospice, your gifts are helping today. Every day, Care Dimensions provides exemplary hospice and palliative care for more than 1,000 patients. Through the Walk, you help to make sure that care is provided without regard for ability to pay. On behalf of the many people who will benefit from your generosity, thank you!

I’m grateful to the volunteers, sponsors, donors, captains, and walkers who are joining us. Your dedication is an inspiration to all of us! Be sure to visit the Walk for Hospice website and Facebook pages for photos, stories, and updates on this amazing event.

The Walk for Hospice is only possible because of the dedication and support we receive from St. John’s Prep. The generosity of your leadership, staff, and students make this event unlike any other. Thank you!

We dedicate our walk to all of you here with us today and to all those who are in our hearts.

Sincerely,

Patricia Ahern, RN, MBA, FACHE President and CEO Care Dimensions 40 Years of Serving Our Community
