Common Basic Process

Purpose Stamping : To provide the most economic (cost & time) products met the specific requirements. Heat Treatment : To meet the “Hardness” or “Spring characteristics” two types of HTFs are installed. Grinding/Polishing : To meet the difficulty degree of for flatness and thickness (e.g. ▱0.01, t0.025mm). Deburring : To meet “No harmful burr” or roughness indicated on the drawing. (own 5 types of the machines) Surface Treatment : Various types of surface treatment can be provided by outsourcing. (e.g. Zinc, Cupper, CAB, Phosphate coating)
