APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN/VICE CHAIRMAN

Councillor K. Lloyd and D. Cullen were appointed as Chairman and Vice-Chairman respectively.

REPORT OF OFFICERS

Consideration was given to the following reports.

GV1 Citizens’ Advice Bureaux (CAB)

RESOLVED that the Citizens’ Advice Bureaux be granted £95,500 for core funding for 2003/04.

GV2 Applications for Financial Assistance

Consideration was given to the applications received for financial assistance.

RESOLVED that the following applications for financial assistance be approved:-

RESOLVED that in accordance with the previously agreed criteria a grant of no more than one third up to a maximum of £1,500 be made to the following from the Welsh Church Fund.
