Salary Range: $35,000–$42,000 plus bonus opportunities Start Date: February 1, 2019

POSITION OVERVIEW DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Louisville Bats, the AAA team of the •• Quick and timely service to both in-store and online seeks to hire an experienced Team Store/Merchandise customers Manager to oversee the Team Store Operations at •• Order merchandise and supplies for retail sales; . This includes working with reconciling and receiving into POS system local and national suppliers, assisting in apparel design, placing orders, inventory management and managing •• Design displays and placement of merchandise for the retail store and e-commerce POS, as well as working optimum product presentation and sales with Bats management to develop new business lines and •• Manage POS and inventory systems marketing strategies for all brands the team offers. •• Cash handling, balancing daily sales and POS SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS reporting •• High activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional •• Maintaining up to date product inventory and reorders sports venue as needed

•• May work at heights from a ladder •• Perform physical inventory

•• May have to stand for long periods of time and climb up/ •• Hire, motivate, supervise, schedule and train part-time down stairs; stoop, kneel or crouch and lift up to 45 pounds and seasonal employees

•• Available to work Louisville Bats home games •• Ensure store is well stocked, priced and clean sometimes involving irregular hours, weekends and holidays as needed.

•• 2- 3 years experience retail management and POS inventory management

•• Team player who can pivot easily to assess priorities and assist where needed

•• Able to measure performance and benchmark merchandise sales activities

•• Proficient at problem solving, organized and possesses computer skills

•• Immediate availability a plus
