Anywhere Login

1. Log in using Portrait or Landscape mode. 2. Log in using the assigned UserID and Password a. Password is case sensitive- 3 unsuccessful logins will lock the user out the website b. Insert data in both fields (required) 3. Select Login

Anywhere Dashboard

1. The Anywhere dashboard will display System Messages, Widgets, and Custom Links. 2. The User Name from Advisor Demographics will appear in upper left hand corner

3. Select the Hamburger (three lines) a. This will display all available Anywhere modules b. Select the desired module and the module roster will open. c. DO NOT USE the back button on your device. This will close the website and you will have to sign back into the website. d. Use the Hamburger button to move back and forth among module windows.

4. Select the three dots a. Set Defaults i. Use drop down arrows to set default preferences ii. Use text boxes to “Capture Days Back”

b. Help i. This will link users to Anywhere Training Videos c. Logout

Anywhere Roster

1. Select Roster 2. Select Consumers a. This allows users to select consumers for documentation purposes. b. This option does not have to be used before entering into a module. Users can directly open a module to select consumers.

c. Select Consumer cards i. Select an individual/individuals names. Their name will become highlighted on the card. ii. When finished, select Done.

3. Select Consumer Information button

a. This will display a list of options for accessing consumer demographic information. i. Your view is dependent upon your Advisor or Gatekeeper setup.

b. Select the desired option i. The window will display the desired information. ii. The Back button at the top of the Consumer window will return users to the menu list. iii. The Close button will close the menu window and return the user to the consumer cards.

Anywhere Day Services

1. Select Day Services Icon 2. The Filter allows users to search by location and date 3. The Search allows to search by first name or last name

4. The People Icon a. Allows users to select consumers for documentation purposes b. Select Consumer card/cards. When selected, their name will be highlighted on the card. Select Done c. Cancel will return the user to the Day Services page d. If an individual’s consumer card is grayed out, they are not assigned to the location.

e. Select Clock In/Clock Out f. Clock In- Once selected the Day Services will display the location card

g. Clocking Individuals out of Day Services i. Users can select the red exclamation point on the time line entry. A time window will display.

ii. Insert the time, DS Type drop down (this is the Day Service Type) and CI drop down (this is Community Integration) and then Save the entry. iii. The DS Type can be assigned as needed. There can be multiple time entries to capture individuals as they move throughout different DS Types during the day. iv. If selected, Delete Record will permanently delete the time entry. v. Users can use the Multi-Select option at the top of the page to Clock In/Out or delete multiple entries. Available actions (Clock In, Clock Out and Delete) will be enabled on the bottom of the screen. vi. Once the Multi-Select button is selected, the Select All and Select None options are also available.

vii. Once selections are completed, the day services time card will be display In and Out times, Day Service, and Community Integration Types.

Anywhere Outcomes 1. Select Outcomes Icon, if the Roster appears, select the consumer(s), then select Done. 2. Select the People Icon to select a Consumer and then select done.

3. The program will allow you to select more than one consumer for documentation purposes. However, you can only open one consumer card at a time. 4. The Outcomes window will display filter, date, frequency banner, etc.

5. The Frequency Banner displays the statuses below and is used to identify each frequency that is displayed on the screen. a. Frequencies: No Frequency, Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly i. If you do not see one of the frequencies above in the banner, it means there is no outcome or service that meets that criteria. b. Select the desired frequency in the banner. c. Depending on the frequency that has been defined on the service, the service card will display the documentation requirement frequency in a circle. This circle will be displayed in different colors depending upon frequency. d. Scroll to see all outcomes and services for each frequency by selecting the desired frequency. i. The program will not advance a user from to tab.

6. To begin documenting services a. Select the NEW button b. The Outcome/Service requirements will display c. All red fields are required fields and require an entry d. Scroll to access all fields e. Once selections are complete, select Save.

a. The program will display the Outcome with a color wheel. If all requirements are met for the service, the color wheel will turn green. b. You can document on a service as often as needed, even if it surpasses the required number per occurrence. To do this, select New and follow previous instructions above.

c. Once an Outcome/Service has been documented, a time stamp and documentation code (results/attempts/prompts) will appear under the Success and Method buttons. i. Users can select the code to open the card and view previous results.

ii. Users can edit entries that they have created. Users can view entries submitted by other staff by selecting the code but cannot edit the entry.

iii. Once the documentation is completed for the selected individual, users can select the People Icon to select a different individual for documentation purposes.

Anywhere Case Notes

1. Select the Case Note icon 2. The options for New Note, Review Notes, or Edit My Phrases will display.

3. New Note a. Select the People Icon and select the desired Consumer Card(s). Multiple consumers can be assigned to approved service codes.

b. Use drop downs to insert entries in all fields c. Red fields are required and must have an entry before the information can be saved

4. My Phrases a. When selected, choose from My Phrases or All Phrases. b. Use Phrase drop down and then select Insert. c. When completed, select Done.

d. Once the case note is complete, select Save. The program will return to the Case Note grid.

5. Select Review Notes a. When defaults are set, this will display all case notes created within the specified time .

b. To review a case note, select the line item entry to review and the case note will be displayed. 6. Select Edit My Phrases a. This will allow users to create Case Note Phrases. b. Insert all required red fields. c. Publicly Available- if checked all users will see the phrase. d. Select Save when completed. Cancel returns the user to the Case Note module. e. To use the new phrase in a case note, follow the instructions for My Phrases (#4a-d).
