After 200 yards, next roundabout bear right and then left at the next roundabout, immediately past the village school, at the blue notice, turn right continuing on the A413. After about 5 miles, turn right at the down a lane. Linaver Farm is the second turning on the left hand roundabout onto the B485 and after a short distance, turn left side.
