To be successful, bare root trees and shrubs are only recommended to be planted in the early Spring in our area of the country - a once a year opportunity! These are the same starter that professional growers line out and pot up to create robust finished landscape specimens. Bare root trees and shrubs ordered ahead of time will be available for pick up at our Marengo, Illinois Farm in mid-April. Pick up is during our Spring Open House & Bare Root Tree & Sale when we are open to the public. Pick up may also be scheduled by appointment.
