January 2019 – Flame restaurant, situated at Discovery Primea’s 16th floor, offers refined dining experiences surrounded by panoramic views of the metro’s skyline. On 14 February, Valentine’s Day guests of Flame are offered an exquisite 5-course dinner set menu featuring modern Asian cuisine curated by Executive Chef Luis Chikiamco.

The dining experience begins with the amuse bouche—an appetizing trio of small bites. Highlighted throughout the evening are dishes executed with flair, such as Crab Salad with pickled cucumber, red radish, sriracha-honey, and honeydew sorbet; Pan-Seared Foie Gras with teriyaki eggplant, Asian pears, and tempura crunch; Steamed Black Cod with bonito broth, leeks, clams, and fresh vegetables; soy-braised and Josper-grilled Beef “2 Ways” with assorted mushrooms, kimchi pesto, and dashi gohan. The meal is capped off with indulgent desserts—textures of chocolate with cashew nut dacquoise, fresh berries, rose chantilly, and hot chocolate sauce. Interestingly playful yet sophisticated, these dishes certainly take world-class dining and flavors into new heights. Flame’s Valentine’s Day dinner set menu is offered at PHP3,500 nett per person. Live jazz music will fill the restaurant with romantic tunes and ladies will receive sweet treats, to name a few more delights.
