1. S.8 Amdt. 2. Commencement Nurse practitioner licensure

NLR 66/13 1. Subsection 8(3) of the Registered Nurses Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

(3) In addition to the requirements in this section, where the registered nurse provides care to a patient but is not an employee of a regional health authority, he or she shall submit a declaration stating

(a) that he or she has an arrangement with a physician for the purpose of consultation with respect to the care of a patient;

(b) the name and address of the physician;

(d) that the care of a patient may be transferred to the physician.

Commencement 2. These regulations come into force on March 31, 2014.

Then running south 54° 30' east 6,350 metres, more or less, to Garnish Tolt;

Then running south 49° 30' west 4,900 metres, more or less;

Then running north 70° 30' west 1,800 metres, more or less;
