By Ill. PETER A. SIMMONS HE 36th edition of the Shrine Football Classic Tis just a little over a month away and planning for the event is nearing comple- tion. The game is being held again at Bentley University in Waltham, MA. We will be playing the game on a Saturday afternoon again. Planning for the event began with the naming of 100 players representing 66 dif- ferent schools in eastern Massachusetts and the annual 2014 ALL-STAR CLASSIC NORTH SQUAD Player’s Orientation held on Satur - day, March 15th at Reading Memorial High School. Players, parents and coaches attended the ori- entation session and were provided an overview of what Shriners are about and what the Shrine Football Classic is trying to accomplish. How can you help support one of the largest single fund raisers for Aleppo’s transportation fund? If you are Uniformed Unit Member, there will be a Tour of Duty as the Uniformed Units will participate in the opening ceremonies of this years’ game. Bus transportation will be provided from Aleppo to Waltham and back. Additional information about the tour of duty will be mailed to you by the Colonel of the Uniformed Units. Support Aleppo and your unit by partici- pating in this celebration of Aleppo and the 36th edition of the Shriners Football Classic.
