MICHAEL SCHENKER And ROBIN MCAULEY Interviewed In San Antonio (Video) - Mar. 23, 2012

Jay Nanda of the San Antonio Metal Music Examiner conducted an interview with singer Robin McAuley and legendary guitarist Michael Schenker ( SCORPIONS , UFO ) when they performed in San Antonio, Texas on March 16. You can now watch the chat in two parts below.

McAuley reunited with Schenker for their first full together in almost 20 years.

The full band lineup for the trek is as follows:

* Michael Schenker (SCORPIONS, UFO) - Guitar * Robin McAuley (SURVIVOR) - Lead Vocals * Elliot Rubinson (Dean Guitars) - Bass * Wayne Findlay - Keyboards, Guitar * Pete Holmes (BLACK 'N BLUE) - Drums

Schenker 's new album, "Temple Of Rock" , was released in Europe on September 23 and in North America on October 11 on CD and LP through Schenker 's own Inakoustik label via MVD Entertainment Group . The album was released in Japan on September 7.

Though I would have preferred a " YES" or an "oh yeah this is a full reunion & we will be working on an album or 2, or 3"

Great to see them back together again. saw MSG a few weeks ago, and it was an awesome show!

sounds amazing. Great to see him back w/ Robin McAuley. Robin looks a bit like Robin Williams to me. Hope they record a full album again.
