Aston Martin Rapide S victorious in readers’ choice for the ’Best Cars of 2020’ in Switzerland

• Rapide S wins luxury class for the 10th time • DBS Superleggera wins third place in sports car class

29 January 2020, Zurich, Switzerland: has been awarded “Best Cars of 2020” of the automotive magazine “Auto Illustrierte”, presented Tuesday evening in the Atlantis Hotel in Zurich.

The S is continuing its series of international awards, driving ahead in the “Luxury Cars” category to another victory. The most beautiful four-door sports car of the British luxury brand maintained its sovereignty over a field of strong competitors. The ultimate super GT Aston Martin DBS Superleggera was also honoured in this year’s vote and chosen by the readers of “Auto Illustrierte” third in the “Sports Cars” category.

The fact that the Rapide S is on the top of the podium every year since its introduction, highlights the popularity and the elegance that radiates the world's most beautiful four-door sports car. Aston Martin is represented in Switzerland by five dealerships in: Cadenazzo, Geneva, Safenwil, St. Gallen and Zurich.

The readers’ vote “Best Cars 2020” by the magazine “Auto Illustrierte” was held this year for the 26th time. The voting selection was comprised out of 387 models in 11 categories.
