Augustine Nduka Eneanya (Ph.D.) is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, , Yaba, Lagos, . He has worked in Public Sector for 16 years and private sector for 12 years and advanced to the post of General Manager. He also worked as the Managing Con- sultant of a Human Resources Consulting Firm in Lagos, Nigeria. He is a member of many professional associations, among which are America Society for Public Administration (ASPA), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants. He is the author of several books, and published scholarly papers in local and international journals. He was awarded “Distinguished Scholarship Award” by Society of Public Administration, Lusaka, Zambia on December 6, 2016.

Waziri B. Adisa lectures criminology, theory and urban governance in the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos.

Ighodalo Akhakpe is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration, Lagos State University, LASU. He obtained his B.Sc, M.Sc and Ph.d. degrees from the Department of Politi- cal Science, , Nigeria. He has published many books including: Leading Issues in Political Thought (1999); Management and Administration of Public Enterprises in (2005); Bureaucracy and Good Governance in Nigeria (2014); The Dynamics of Public Sector Management: A Reader (Eds). Dr Akhakpe has published extensively in national and international journals on Public Policy and De- velopment Studies.

Henry Alapiki is a Professor of Political science with specialization in Development studies, Political Economy and Comparative Politics. Professor Alapiki has published widely in National and International journals and served as a resource person and lead researcher for notable international organizations on contemporary Development challenges in Nigeria. He was Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of PortHarcourt and currently Executive Director of University of PortHarcourt Foundation.

Luke Amadi is a Senior Research Fellow at the Educational Support and Development Initiatives for the Less Privileged(ESDIL).He has several publications in scholarly journals.

Franca Attoh, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer in the Dept. of Sociology, University of Lagos, Nigeria. She is a sociologist with specialization in Criminology and Gender Studies. She has interests also in political sociology and development studies. She has contributed over twenty publications as chapters in books and learned journals. In addition, she has carried out numerous researches in the area of traf- ficking in persons for the International Organization on Migration (IOM) and the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons and other related matters (NAPTIP). Dr. Attoh was involved in several research works for Fredrich Ebert Stiftung and Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) especially prior to the elections of 2011. Dr. won a Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) in 2015 to carry out a research on the Spatial Distribution of Crime in the University of Lagos. Dr. Franca Attoh, was picked by the University of Texas in Austin to represent Africa on a Global Research on Christian Marriages. In addition, she was the country representative for WageIndicator Foundation in Amsterdam Netherlands for a research on cost of living in Lagos, Nigeria. She consults for the Nigeria Institute of Security (NIS), the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) and the ECOWAS Early Warning Director- ate. Dr. Attoh has participated in numerous conferences both locally and internationally. She is a fellow of the Institute of Security Nigeria. And currently the Sub-Dean Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Amidu Owolabi Ayeni research focus is on “Water resources, Climate change studies, and Geo- information sciences”. He has attended various scientific training institutes/centers, including ICTP, Trieste – Italy (2009) and Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Pretoria, South Africa in 2011/2012. Presently, is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He has published several articles in reputable journals and member of different scientific bodies including African Association of Remote Sensing of the Environment (AARSE) and International Association of Hydrological Science (IAHS).

Magdalena Denham is an Assistant Professor at the College of Criminal Justice, Department of Security Studies, Sam Houston State University. Her research interests include emergency management, community resilience, and comparative aspects in Homeland Security Studies. She has published in Oxford Bibliographies, Journal of School Violence, Law Enforcement Executive Forum, International Journal of Qualitative Research. She is an engaged scholar and supports service-learning in pedagogy and andragogy.

Austin Eneanya graduated in Systems Engineering of University of Lagos with B.Sc (Hons) and currently doing MBA Program in Department of Business Administration, University of Lagos, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. Eneanya is proficient in project management, graphic design and is a Consultant of Small and Medium Enterprises in Nigeria. He has organized series of training ranging from learning and development on Human Resources, small business feasibility studies and entrepreneurial development.

Mayowa Fasona is a Senior Lecturer in Environmental change and natural resource management.

Pedro Gomes holds a Msc in Environmental Engineering from the Faculty of Sciences and Technology - New University of Lisbon. Currently working in the Department of Economic Statistics - Enviroment and Agriculture at Statistics Portugal where the main tasks consist in collecting information internally or by external sources in order to prepare and analyse statistics on environment and economics applied

to companies in order to provide information with National and International responsibilities. His work is highlighted in the contributions for publications developed in Statistics Portugal regarding Environ- mental Statistics and Environmental Management and Protection in Industrial Enterprises. He is an element of the Working Group “2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals”. He is the author of four chapters for the SPRINGER book “BEACH MANAGEMENT TOOLS: Concepts, Methodologies and Case Studies” edited by Camilo M. Botero, Omar D. Cervantes and Charles W. Finkl.

Francisco Sacramento Gutierres (Male) is a researcher in the Big Data Analytics group at Eurecat. Mr Gutierres holds a PhD in Physical Geography by the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning of the University of Lisbon (IGOT-UL), MSc in Conservation Biology, Post-graduation in GIS Applied to Sciences of the Earth by the Faculty of Sciences of University of Lisbon and a degree in Biophysical Engineering – Environmental Planning and Management by University of Évora. Before joining Eu- recat he participated in different European and National projects such as LUCAS, a pilot study on the provision of harmonized land use/cover statistics by means of data integration through Geographical Information Technology (Synergies between LUCAS and the national systems); MYGEOSS initiative, an European expert research contract for Innovative applications in the environmental and social domains promoted by the European Commission (EC), and EUREGIO NL-Germany – monitoring impacts of biodiversity conservation policies in a highly fragmented landscape across international borders. He has been involved in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing (RS), GIS Cloud computing, Predictive modelling, statistics, and monitoring and modelling of habitats of the Natura 2000 Network (EU Habitats Directive) and assessment of Land Use and Land Cover (LULC) changes in his previous positions in Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning of the University of Lisbon (IGOT-UL), Na- tional Statistics Institute(NSI)/Eurostat, and Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) – University of Twente. Francisco Gutierres has contributed to over 50 publications (including 6 book chapters), 1 patent application (Geoapp ´Mohana - MOnitoring of HAbitats at the level of a NAtura 2000 site´), and serves as Teaching Assistant and Ad hoc reviewer of 6 international scientific journals.

Urooj Afshan Jabeen holds Ph.D in Economics and working as Assistant Professor of Economics at Government Degree and Postgraduate College for Women, Nalgonda, India. She is the author of research papers in Economics published in international journals.

Geetanjali Kaushik is armed with a Masters from TERI and a BSc from University of Delhi (Silver and Golden Jubilee Awardee). Dr. Geetanjali Kaushik completed her PhD in Environmental Sciences, from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Delhi with 45 papers in International Journals of repute. She has participated in International Conferences held in Germany (won first prize) and USA (received American Society of Nutrition travel grant). Subsequent to her PhD she has also worked with UC Berkley on an air quality monitoring project for over 40 locations across Delhi. She has also edited 4 International books. Her taught assignments include stints as Assistant Professor with the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun and Amity University, Noida. In 2012 Dr. Kaushik received full scholarship from School of Management, Swansea University UK to undertake MBA. She topped the MBA class and has worked in UK and Turkey in various positions. She returned to India in 2015 and worked as Associate Professor in Environmental Management before joining Clean Air Asia. In Clean Air Asia as an Air Quality Specialist she has worked on creating Air Quality Profiles for 30 Indian cities with the application of the ADB’s Clean Air Scorecard Tool.

Bolajoko Ibiyemi Malomo (Ph.D) is a Personality and Social Psychologist and lectures in the Depart- ment of Psychology, University of Lagos, Nigeria. Her area of interest is Behaviour Modification and this is reflected in her various research studies on Road User Behaviour and Public Health. She is a member of The Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA), Consortium of Adolescent Road Safety (CADROSA) and Association of Psychological Science (APS). She has attended and presented papers in several local and international conferences and also published scholarly papers in local and international journals.

Ankita Mohanty is pursuing B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at Indira Gandhi Insti- tute of Technology (IGIT), Sarang, Odisha, INDIA. She has completed her (10+2) in science from St. Joseph’s Girls’ High School and Stewart Science College respectively with special paper in Computer Science and Information Technology. She believes in importance of cultural heritage. Along with excel in studies, she loves writing articles, poems, short stories. She received Jr. Scholarship in Odishi Dance from CCRT (Centre for Cultural Research and Training). She is graduated in Odishi and Kathak dance and a trained singer. She has co-authored an international journal publication in 2015. She has attended technical seminars and workshops at national levels. She has worked as a student organizer and volun- teer in many technical events at both college and UG level. She has successfully executed her technical assignments as student intern with different reputed organizations. She is a student member with CSI at CSI IGIT student chapter.

G. S. Mmaduabuchi Okeke is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, University of Lagos, Nigeria. He specializes in International Relations and African Government and Politics. He has traveled widely and published in many international and local journals, with many chapter contribu- tions in books. He is currently working on a co-edited book, Nigerian Politics: Issues and Perspectives.

Alok Ranjan Prusty, presently working as an Assistant Professor in School of Computing Science & Engineering at prestigious Vellore Institute of Technology, VIT Bhopal University, (M.P.), India. Pre- viously, he was working as Assistant Professor at Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology(IGIT), Sarang (An Autonomous Institute of Government of Odisha). Dr. Prusty has received both M.Tech and B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering under Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. He has received his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, India. He was involved in SERB, DST Govt. of India research project during his Ph.D. research. He has excelled his research activities with research papers published in reputed Web of Science and Scopus indexed International journals, IEEE Conferences at IIT and other institutes of national repute. He has contributed research chapters in reputed international book volumes. He has authored international book “Sustainable Green Business Concepts and Practices for Startups”. He has attended, organized and presented research papers in several international and national conferences, seminars, workshops and FDPs. He has guided number of students of Masters and Bachelors in their thesis/ projects / research assignments and Seminars. Dr. Prusty is a reviewer in distinguished research forums including IEEE Transactions, IGI Global, SAGE, Hindawi, Bentham, etc. and invited speaker and member to various scientific events. He is an Editor of SIGIE Magazine. His area of interest includes Sensor Networks, IoT, Green IT, Energy Complexity, Routing, etc.He is Life Member with CSI, SIG-IE, AIE(India), etc. Apart from these, Dr. Prusty has also bagged many awards and recognition at state and central level.

Ali Syed holds Ph.D in Economics from Osmania University, India. At present he is working as As- sociate Professor of Economics at Mulungushi University in Zambia. Prof. Ali was the Executive Dean of the School of Social Sciences from 2009 to 2013 in this University. He has more than 30 years of teaching and research experience in Economics and published many research papers in reputed journals of international level. He also served as United Nations Economist in the Republic of Kyrghyzstan dur- ing 1996-97, taught and trained the civil servants of the Ministry of Finance.

Scott Vautrain holds a Master’s degree in Homeland Security Studies. Currently, Mr. Vautrain is a Security professional for the largest healthcare system in the larger Houston Metropolitan area. He has conducted graduate research on various homeland and national security topics as well as failed states.
