【Eligible person for the appointment 】 People who fulfill the following conditions are eligible.

🔸Residents of Hyogo Prefecture who have the vaccination coupons issued by municipalities within Hyogo Prefecture.

🔸People who will receive the vaccination for the first time (In principle, you will receive your second dose on the same day 4 weeks after your 1st dose, at the same vaccination site, at the same time)

① If you want to apply by post card, please use the dedicated postcard. Prepare a stamp and paste

before sending: You will receive a letter of vaccination notification via mail.

First-come basis, date and time of appointment will be decided by the organizer

Term of appointment: June 10 (Thu) – July 3 (Sat) (Must be postmarked by July 3)

Term of vaccination: June 21 (Mon) – July 18 (Sun)

◆ Nishinomiya Municipal Chuo Gym will not be used as the vaccination site on July 18 (Sat) and 19 (Sun)

as it will be used as the ballot-counting station for Hyogo Prefecture’s gubernatorial election.

◆ Arcrea Himeji (Himeji City Culture and Convention Center) will not be used as the vaccination site in the

morning of July 10 (Sat).

2. Ministry of Defense COVID-19 Vaccination at “SDF Mass Vaccination Center”

As of June 29, this site is fully booked. You can apply online only when there are cancellations.

【Eligible person for the appointment】

People 65 years of age and older who have the vaccination coupons distributed from their municipalities.

People who will receive the vaccination for the first time.
