Footnotes SILVER TRAIN settled in good position along the inside, angled out to launch his bid on the turn, advanced four wide into the stretch, closed the gap to challenge in midstretch, surged to the front inside the furlong marker then was all out to hold off TASTE OF PARADISE in the final strides. TASTE OF PARADISE was unhurried for a half, saved ground through the turn, angled out in upper stretch, steadied while lacking room nearing the three-sixteenths pole, swung out for clear sailing in midstretch then finished fastest but could not get up. A claim of foul lodged by the rider of TASTE OF PARADISE against the winner was disallowed. LION TAMER stumbled and was pinched back soon after the start, raced far back for a half, angled out leaving the turn then rallied belatedly from outside to gain a share. ATTILA'S STORM bobbled at the start, rushed up along the rail, dueled along the inside into upper stretch and tired from his early efforts. ELUSIVE JAZZ bumped soundly at the start, raced in the middle of the pack while five wide for a half and finished evenly. LIFESTYLE steadied early after being bumped then stumbling at the start, angled to the inside then never reached contention. LOST IN THE FOG was bounced around between horses at the start, rushed up from outside, stalked four wide for nearly a half, took the lead at the quarter pole, continued on the front into midstretch then faltered in the final eighth. IMPERIALISM never reached contention while five wide. GYGISTAR raced wide throughout, moved up briefly on the far turn then faded on the turn. WILDCAT HEIR bumped in tight at the start, dueled between horses for a half, faltered on the turn, stumbled and unseated his rider after the finish and was vanned off. BATTLE WON pressed the pace between horses to the turn and gave way.
