DRAWINGS A. Drawing M101: a. Replace sheet M101 with sheet M101 attached to this addendum. B. Drawing M501: a. Replace sheet M501 with sheet M501 attached to this addendum.

RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS A. We will require the schedule for the steam radiators in order to size valves. a. See revised sheets M101 and M501 for schedule. B. The MEP plans only provide the data for the FCU’s reheat coil. We will need a schedule that also contains the data for the preheat coil. a. See revised sheet M501 for updated FCU/ coil schedule. C. Are there any restrictions to access below work areas? a. We do not anticipate any restrictions to areas below work areas. D. Where can a dumpster be placed? a. The building deputy will work with the contractor to place a dumpster as close to the project as possible. Dumpsters are usually placed along the circle drive on the south side of the building. E. All questions are due to the Architect by 5:00pm on Wednesday, January 23, 2019.

GENERAL CLARIFICATIONS A. Purdue PM Mark Townsend noted that if this project and adjacent project C.40.10216 bids are won by different contractors, it will be communicated to the contractor of project C.40.10216 that they shall complete all work in the vicinity of this project first. B. Sign-in sheet from pre-bid meeting is attached to this addendum. C. All bids are due by 3:00pm (EST) on Thursday, January 31, 2019.
