The first section of the application is Personal Infor- mation. This section collects biographical infor- mation, contact information, residency and citizen- ship status, as well as interest in the Extended Oppor- tunity Program (EOP).

The next section is Academic History. Students must enter all classes they have taken from any school where they stayed long enough to get a grade on a transcript. It is very important to carefully read all directions when completing this section.

The third section is Supporting Information which INSIDE THIS ISSUE includes a section on achievements. Entering this in- formation is optional. Transfer Awareness Walk-in Week Application Help

What do you know about transfer?  Walk-in help is available in the Transfer Cen- ter.
