What would you consider to be the best What do you teach? aspects of being a sixth form tutor? This is a great opportunity for both of I am a boys PE teacher and I truly us, as this is my first year as a sixth believe I have the best job in the form tutor. I have an easy going world. PE is a great subject to attitude and I am always keen to inspire pupils who want to be hear people’s stories. Sixth form is involved in sport at all levels. The the place where you are now treat job also allows me to see students like adults, so I guess you guys in a more of a practical setting and having more ownership and when you see a student work out a responsibility is the best aspect. new trick/skill or see a team work well together and achieve something is greatly rewarding.

What advice would you give to your Y12 What are your hobbies? self? My hobbies all revolve around sport. I Enjoy it. Like I said before, you now can watch sport all day and it can be have more ownership and any sport. My main sport is hockey responsibility as a young adult. Yes, and I play/coach this at least once a in lessons you have to work hard day but mostly twice a day. I also and the homework is much harder, enjoy playing football, , but make sure you leave time to and PS4. have ‘you time’. This can be chilling

I also enjoy watching documentaries with friends, playing sport/games on famous people detailing on how console or anything that interests they got to where they are now. If you. Finding the balance is you haven’t already seen it I would sometimes quite tough, but it is the recommend the ‘Last Dance’ on key to success. Lastly, don’t be Netflix. afraid to ask for help, it’s not meant to be a breeze.

Favourite group (music) I listen to every type of music. It is nearly impossible to find a type of music I don’t like. I can listen to rap, grime, MC, rock, swing, noughties music, just about everything. My favourite two songs at the minute are ‘Whatever You Like’ by T.I and ‘Pretty Shining People’ by George Ezra Jack Wins remix.
