“...POLITICS AND PAYBACK...” See previous ads for context $185,000.00 CASH REWARD Most Rowan County elected Officials and their staffs, have earned our respect, trust, and appreciation.

Has Attorney (C) and his enablers’ FAILURE to resolve the false testimony issue, caused large negative fallout for Rowan County? Do Attorney (C), and his cronies, give a rat’s _ _ _? And if this happened before YOUR election to join the same group, have YOU not spoken up? Has politics and payback superseded all decency and fairness? No way, would a U.S. Attorney grant Attorney (C) immunity at this point.

Attorney (D) put in WRITING that Attorney (A) confirmed that Attorney (C) made the statement that Attorney (C) now denies making.

Since Attorney (C) will not address the situation voluntarily, do his colleagues need to conduct a vote of no confidence in him, and demand his resignation, if he does not unlock the truth from his prior testimony?

Attention Whi$tleblowers! You can score a big WIN for truth and justice, and million$. HOW? A very few individuals know the TRUE FACTS about POLITICS/PAYBACK in this matter. Contact a lawyer you trust, and that lawyer can join with ours to get the true facts of politics/payback to a judge. This basic ad has run about two years in papers in Ashland, Carter County, Morehead and other cities and counties. If one word of it were untrue, could it still be running continuously to this very issue today? The ad above has appeared, with minor changes since its start, in all of our papers in Rowan, Bath,

The public was invited on Saturday morning to the grand opening of Menifee Central School, located on Wynn Flat Road. The new K-8 school will take all students who pre- viously attended Menifee Elementary School and Botts Elementary School. Over 400 people were in attendance at the grand opening ceremony, and several shiny new class- rooms were open as well as the gymnasium, cafeteria, and library. Local officials in- cluding Supt. Tim Spencer, Board chairman Greg Spencer, and MCS Principal Kelli Abney welcomed visitors as well as Judge/Executive Rick Stiltner, Mayor Edward Bryant, State Representative David Hale, State Senator Brandon Storm, State Senator Ralph Alvarado, Tatum Dale, representative for Congressman Andy Barr, and Dr. Kelly Foster from the Kentucky Department of Education. Ray Wells was recognized during the ceremony, and Assistant Principal Ashley Pelfrey placed items inside a time capsule to be opened in 25 years.
