Press Club of Western PA Announces 2008 Golden Quill Winners PITTSBURGH, May 12 -- The Press Club of Western Pennsylvania announced the winners of the 2008 Golden Quill Awards during an awards presentation tonight at the Hilton Pittsburgh, Downtown Pittsburgh. The Golden Quills competition recognizes professional excellence in written, photographic, broadcast and online journalism in Western Pennsylvania.
