-Hopefully a politically “balanced package” of decisions (something on everything and something for everyone)

-Focus, however, on finance, REDD+, technology mechanism (ie more advanced issues)

-Unlikely to see any movement on mitigation, but perhaps formalization of Copenhagen Accord pledges

-Parties need to feel and demonstrate progress has occurred or risk undermining confidence in UNFCCC process
