K-State has continued its national dominance on special teams as the Cats have blocked a na- tion-leading seven total kicks (four punts, two extra points, and a field goal) this season, in- cluding Ian Campbell’s block at Colorado which was the first of an opponent’s field goal since the 2005 Kansas game. The Cats also lead the nation with five touchdowns on punt returns and claim exactly one-half of the 10 total punt return scores in the entire Big 12 Conference this sea- son. K-State also has collected a nation-leading 22 non-offensive touchdowns since 2006, and a total of 66 since 1999, a number that is second nationally behind Virginia Tech’s 70.
