PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

§ Registration to the cross-visit: https://forms.gle/jGAZ3mP3fsxmFuWL6, please register until November 15th. § Participation to the Clariant Sunliquid® site visit is open to a maximum of 30 people; the access will be based on the registration order. A notification will be sent regarding the availability. § The social dinner for P4B partners will be organized by CCB. The museum tour, starters and a main course will be covered by project means but please be prepared that additional wishes have to be paid by yourself. Please indicate your participation and dietary wishes in the registration form. § Arrival times to the Airport and Munich on the 22nd are roughly estimated times, as we might get stuck in rush hours - please take that into consideration when booking your journey.

ACCOMODATION:

§ Here is some suggestions on accommodation http://www.hotel-falkenturm.de/ (single: 95€, double: 115€ incl. breakfast) ; https://www.hotel-am-markt.eu/ (single: 93€, double: 127€ without breakfast). Both are within walking distance to the venue and nicely located in the old town. However, you are free to choose other hotels as well. In general, it is advisable to look for to look for accommodation either around the venue of the first day (Lehel) or around Sendlinger Tor/ /.

From the airport:

§ SBAHN: from Munich Airport take S8 or S1 to Munich Main Station or Munich East TICKET: Single ticket (11.50 €) Single day ticket “entire network” (13.00 €)

From within the city, you can use the following means of public transport to reach the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs:

§ METRO: Line 4 or 5 from Main Station, Odeonsplatz or Munich East. Exit at Lehel station § TRAM: Tram Line 16 from Sendlinger Tor, . Exit at Nationalmuseum / stop § TICKET: Single ticket (3.30€) or Single day Ticket “inner district” (7.80 €)

At the end of the event, the bus will bring us back to Munich city center. If you wish, we can also arrange a stop at the Munich Airport. Please indicate in the registration form, if you like to use this option.
