I, Christopher Smith, for and behalf of the Open Spaces Society of 25a Bell Street Henley- on-Thames RG9 2BA, hereby apply for an order under section 53(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 modifying the definitive map and statement for the area by:

Adding the footpath from an end-on junction with footpath Tarring Neville 1 at the parish boundary at grid reference 544395 103008 to the riverside path South Heighton 17, at grid reference 544391 102555 and shown on the map accompanying this application.
