You could be forgiven for thinking that the rise of kale was incidental. But whilst the rise of green smoothies, detox powders and vegan cosmetic scrubs might seem fuky at face value, instead it’s the product of formulaic fact-fnding, comprehensive strategy and paying attention to the latest science and health advancements. An entire industry has developed around predicting food fashions. Health is becoming the new wealth and the human body is about to proft from it.

THE SCIENCE Multi-directional, harmonic vibration technology that stimulates the body’s natural refexes, rapidly eliciting both a local and global refexive response through our proprioceptive system, is simply described as neuromuscular activation.

The Power Plate surface moves predominantly vertically creating micro hits of ground reaction force, authentically replicating the same chain reaction in the body as when the foot strikes the ground in both walking and running – our most natural form of movement – but multiple times per second.
