Caroline Bass ’04 (SFA) Associate Broker The Bass Team Citi Habitats

Since 2005 Caroline has consistently been a top producer and has been honored every year with awards ranging from the Outstanding Customer Service Award, to The Deal of the Year Award, to Sales Team of the Year to Top Producing Agent. Caroline was voted Best Broker in Manhattan by The Real Deal in 2010 and Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2012. One hundred percent of her business is re- ferral-based, which speaks to her unwavering work ethic and devotion to her clients’ needs. Caroline has earned her Associate Broker’s license and has been inducted as a member of NYRS, REBNY’s highest professional credential for residential agents in New York City, a designation that fewer than 3% of agents have been awarded. Well-respected by the media, Caroline has appeared on Bravo TV, Open House NBC, NPR and Smart Money TV. She has been consistently quoted by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, Forbes Magazine and The New York Post.

She is the founder of the UConn Alumni Network in New York City and continues to be actively in- volved; she returns annually to her alma mater as a regular guest lecturer.

Kelly Chasse ’14 (CLAS) Senior Marketing Associate TribalVision

Kelly graduated from UConn in 2014 with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Business Funda- mentals. After graduation, she worked at Henkel in Rocky Hill, CT as a Global Marketing Communica- tions Intern for nine months. She currently lives in Astoria, NY and is a Senior Marketing Associate with TribalVision, a marketing consulting firm. Kelly is active with the UConn Alumni Network in NYC.

Michelle Loria ’09 (CLAS) Global Compensation Manager Liquidnet

Michelle graduated from UConn in 2009 with a Communication degree and went on to get her Mas- ter’s degree in Human Resource Management. She currently lives in Brooklyn and has been working in NYC for six years across various industries. Michelle is active with the UConn Alumni Network in NYC.
