INGREDIENTS

▪ 1/2 cup sugar ▪ 1/4 cup all-purpose flour ▪ 4 cups wild blueberries ▪ 4 tablespoons butter ▪ Pastry

PREPARATION

STEP 1 Line the pan with pastry and add blueberries.

STEP 2 Mix flour and sugar in a small bowl. Pour over blueberries.

STEP 3 Dot with small pieces of butter.

STEP 4 Cover with top pastry. Cut slits for steam to escape.
