Caldwell Named to Baton Rouge Business Report’s “40 Under 40” Head coach Nikki Caldwell has been a constant in the community since her hire last April. On Nov. 16, Caldwell was named to the Baton Rouge Business Report’s “40 Under 40”, recognizing the brightest and upcoming stars in the Capital City this year. The magazine annually recognizes Baton Rouge’s upcoming business stars. Off the court, Caldwell is involved in efforts to raise money and awareness for the fight against breast cancer. Caldwell and current Tennessee assistant Holly Warlick founded the nonprofit “Champions for a Cause. Each summer they host a motorcycle trek across the country to raise money and awareness.
