* Club Previews run the week of January 27 - 31. * An After-Care Fee of $12.00 per day will apply to Preview Week. * Payment for clubs is due by Friday, January 31st and does not cover the Preview Week. * Clubs run from 3:30 – 4:30 PM, unless noted otherwise. * Students who wish to enroll in a club must do so by Friday, January 31st. * Spring clubs end the week of May 4 - 8, unless otherwise noted. * Minimum enrollment of 5, unless otherwise listed, maximum enrollment set by instructor

Rather than being billed for After-Care Fees, students who enroll in a club will pay at the time of registration. This will stabilize club enrollment and minimize bookkeeping. There will be no refunds for missed sessions.

______LEGO Club (Ages 5-8) ______Fee $84.00 Instructor: Coach Robyn Stephens. Weekly Club Time is 3:30 – 4:30 PM

What child doesn’t love Legos? Lego Club is designed to provide members with an enjoyable activity that stimulates and develops spatial intelligence. Students will build vehicles, buildings, gears and whatever leaps into their imaginations! This club is a chance to offer your child a time to relax, create, innovate and collaborate.

_____ Strategy Board Games (Grades 3-12) ______Fee: $134* Instructor: Michelle Banal (Includes Material Fee*) Weekly Club Time is 3:30 – 5 PM.  FOR PRE-VIEW WEEK ONLY, the club will run from 3:30 – 4:30 PM  Limit of 8 Students

Strategy board games by Fantasy Flight Games such as Citadels, Hasbro games such as Risk, IDW Games such as Machi Koro, MayFair Games such as Settlers of Catan, Rio Grande Games such as Dominion, Z-man Games such as Pandemic, & many more will be hosted by Ms. Michelle. Our Big Hall and the Middle Grades classroom will be transformed into an open hall of tables hosting various games.

Tuesdays: ______Landscape and Garden Design (Grades 5-12) ______Fee: $165 Instructor: Thomas Van Duyne Time is 3:00 – 5:00 PM (Club offered twice per week, sign up for the best day to fit your schedule.)  Sessions will be held at the Camelot Farm, leaving the farm at 4:40 PM, pick up at Camelot at 5:00 PM.  Students should ideally be in the Tuesday or Wednesday E period class Students will stay at the farm after the rest of the E-Period students leave to continue working on gardening, farm animal, and trail-maintenance projects throughout the property. Students will get hands on experience using hand tools, building small construction projects, and immersing in conservation techniques.

Wednesdays

___ Multi-Generational Musical Group (8 - 12 grades + adults) ______Fee: $180 Instructor: Dan Hill Weekly Time: 4 – 5:30 PM

Learning and rehearsal of musical numbers with a full multi-generational band to be performed at Academic Fair, Evening of the Arts and community events (based on participant’s availability). Open to all parents, alumni and Camelot Staff.

We will be producing an original play written by our own Scott Mitchell with a multi- generational cast. Suppose the story of Hamlet unfolded in real time on American television (Hamlet interviewed on 'The Today Show'; Ophelia guesting on 'The View', Laertes competing with Hamlet on 'Fencing with the Stars'). Suppose further that every plot development is spun by partisan political factions (Royalist vs. Rebels) seeking to advance their views. You have just imagined the world of 'Hamlet: A Televised Tragedy'. We are planning a spring production for this original work and have 37 parts to cast (all you'd expect: Hamlet, Horatio, Claudius, Gertrude, etc., plus a few you that are new to the canon: Oprah, , Wolf Blizter, Barbara Walters, Rachel Madow, Joe Garigola). Fridays ______Sewing Machine Basics (Grades 3 - 12) ______Fee $ 131* Instructor: Jenny Feaster (Includes Material Fee*) Weekly Time is 3:30 – 4:30 PM  Limit of 6 Students This club is designed for the novice sewer. We will cover the mechanics of the sewing machine, material and thread, troubleshooting, and the different types of sewing machine needles. By the end of this basics class, students will be able to independently operate a basic sewing machine.
