Congregational Meeting News

▪ Clyde Sommerlatte reported that the Feasibility Committee is making progress: the estimate on bringing the recently purchased Medina St. property into ADA compliance was over $60,000, and they are working with the city on combining all of the pieces of property now owned by GLC into one plat. Drainage and parking are still issues. The Feasibility Committee recommended that the structure be removed at the least possible cost or sold. Motion was made and approved to accept the Committee's recommendation. Restrictions on the original piece of church property were resolved; a new deed will be filed with the city, enabling the re-platting and clearing the way for the development of a master plan for GLC.
