For Christmas Day and MARCO PIERRE WHITE New Year’s Eve the deposit is £40 per adult and £20 per child. 2. Provisional Bookings can be held for 14 days before the deposit is due. Due to the level of enquiries we handle, deposits not paid within this timescale will result in the booking being removed from the system without notice. 3. Final balances are required to be paid at the latest 10 days prior to the event date. Bookings taken after 17th November 2014 will require full DRINKS payment upon booking. Failure to do so will be deemed to constitute your cancellation of the booking without prior notification to or from the hotel and will terminate the contract with you. 4. Any changes to your booking or cancellations must be in writing. 5. All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid in one OVERNIGHT STAY amount as multiple payments cannot be accepted. 6. Prices include service and VAT at the current rate. 7. In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances making it impossible or unreasonably burdensome for the hotel to provide the function, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the event. In which case the hotel shall inform you as soon as possible and refund you all monies paid. 8. The hotel reserves the right to change the CHRISTMAS GIFTS function room and or date as operationally necessary and in which case the hotel shall inform you as soon as possible. 9. All menus may be subject to change without notice. 10. Food and beverage not purchased on the premises may not be brought onto the premises. The hotel reserve the right to confiscate any unauthorised food or beverage BOOKING brought onto the premises without prior written authorisation from the hotel. 11.
