8. Issue of Blank Tender Forms : The cost of downloading tender documents is Rs 200/-. Tender forms will have to be downloaded online as per given schedule. Tender fees once paid will not be refunded. The bidder shall have to submit the Ther Fee through Online on or before 28/06/2018 upto 10.00 hours. 9. Right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof is reserved by the tender Authority. 11. Last Date of Submission of Tender Forms All the tender activities will be carried out on-line only. Contractors has to complete online tender download and bid preparation stages before submission of tender. Contractors can only modify his offer during bid preparation time only. Contractors cannot change or modify these bids once the bid submission period is over.

12. Manner of Submission of Tender and its accompaniments : The tender shall be submitted ONLINE only.

A) Envelope No.1 (Technical) The first envelope as Envelope No.1 shall contain the following documents: 1. Online Payment Receipt of tender fee. 2. Online Payment Receipt of tender EMD 3. Suppliers compny registration

4. Copy of PAN Card 5. Scanned copy vat,tin certificate 6. sacnned copy of GST cetificate 7. Service Tax Registration 8. I.S.O certificate 9. All above documents should be enclosed in Envelope No.1. If these documents are not complete, Envelope No.2 will not be opened. Page 4 of 5

B) Envelope No.2 (Financial)

The second Envelope No.2 The tenderer should quote his offer on BoQ of the tender as percentage of estimated rates at the appropriate place on tender documents, to be submitted only in Envelope No.2. He should not quote his offer anywhere else directly or indirectly in Envelope No.1. The Contractor shall quote for the work as per details given in the main tender.

Condition for payment of additional security deposit, if offer quoted by the tenderer is lesser than 1% below the cost put to tender. The contractor shall deposit an additional security deposit along with the security deposit as per clause 1.9 within 10 days of acceptance of tender in the form of Demand Draft, when the below percentage quoted of cost put to tender as per Maharashtra Government, Public Works Department, General Resolution No. BDG2016/Pr.Kr.2/E.Ma.2 Dt. 12/2/2016 are as follows:

1. If contractor quoted rate in percentage upto 10% below of estimated amount then he must have to upload scan copy of Demand Draft of Rs. 1% of estimated amount in the envelope no. 2 as performance security. (e.g. 1% to 10% below of estimated amount – Then DD must be of 1% of estimated amount)

2. Also, If contractor quoted rate in percentage more than 10% of estimated amount then he must have to upload scan copy of Demand Draft of Total amount of Rs. 1% of estimated amount for upto 10% below of estimated amount and same percentage of estimated amount as of quoted below 10% of estimated amount in the envelope no. 2. (e.g. 14% below of estimated amount – upto 10% below of estimated amount – 1% and – (14% - 10%) = 4% as like DD must be of 5% of estimated amount) 3. Reference for Demand Draft Submission/ Release is as per follows: a. Demand draft must be in the favour of grapanchyat karyalay Revki Devki Tq Gevrai Dist Beed b. Demand draft must be of Schedule or Nationalised bank. c. Date of Demand draft validity must be at least 3 months from the date of submission of e-tender. d. Scan copy of Demand draft must be uploaded in envelope no. 2 at the time of submission of e-tender. e. Demand draft must be submitted to the grapanchyat karyalay Revki Devki Tq Gevrai Dist Beed within 5 working days from theacceptance of tender in the envelope. Opening of Tenders : The tenders will be opened online as per given schedule, in the office of the Sarpanch/GramsevakGrampanchayat Office Chousala, if possible, in presence of intending bidders or their authorized representatives, who choose to remain present. Following procedure will be adopted for opening of tenders. Envelope No.1 First of all, Envelope No.1 of the tender will be opened to verify its contents as per requirements. If the various documents contained in this envelope do not meet the requirements of theSarpanch/GramsevakGrampanchayat Office Chousala, a note will be recorded accordingly by the tender opening authority, and the said tenderers Envelope No.2 will not be considered for further action, but the same will be recorded. Envelope No.2

After opening of Envelope No.1, if contents of Envelope No.1 are found to be acceptable to, then only this Envelope No.2 shall be opened immediately. The tendered rates in 14. Schedule “B” (BoQ) as percentage above / below the estimated cost put to tender shall then be read out. 15.

16. Contractor Should Upload the additional performance security deposit in the Form Of DD in favor of Sarpanch/GramsevakGrampanchayat chousala No Tender with arbitration clause will be considered. Conditional Tender will be summarily rejected.

Right to modify the Tender Documents : The right is reserved to revise or to amend the contract documents prior to the date of bid preparation of tender or the receipt of the tender or the extend the date said above such revisions, amendments or extension if any shall be communicated to all concerned in the form of corrigendum or by notice in the press as may be considered suitable. 17. Acceptance of Tender : Right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof is reserved by the competent authoritySarpanch/GramsevakGrampanchayat Office Revki Devki Tq Gevrai Dist Beed whose decision will be final and legally binding on the tenderers.
