Directions to Tenuta delle Rose
If you are using a sat nav device, please enter the following GPS coordinates: Latitude: 43⁰ 34’ 13” N Longitude: 10⁰ 54’ 46” O
Alternatively you can enter the target address as Via Giovanni XXIII. This leads into the Via Santo Stefano and you will find Tenuta delle Rose on the left after about 2.7 km.
Coming from Pisa (A12 motorway from the north):
• Approaching on the A12 from the north, make sure that you do not turn off onto the main road S.G.C. Fi-Pi-Li towards Florence until you are level with Pisa airport; do not exit too soon and take the A11. From the airport, follow the signs S.G.C. Fi-Pi-Li towards Florence (Firenze)
• Follow the main road towards Firenze. After about 34 km take the Montopoli Val d’Arno exit
• Do not let the strange routing system confuse you and follow the signs to Marti and Palaia
• After approx. 800 m turn left onto the S.P. 39 towards Montaione
• After about 5 km you will reach La Serra. As you enter the village, turn right towards Montaione (S.P. 50)
• Follow the road and pass the villages of Corrazzano and Le Mura. Keep following the signs for Montaione
• When you have driven through a small industrial estate, you will come to a road that climbs steadily towards Montaione
• Bear left at the stop sign (more or less straight on) and follow the road, past the town wall to the right, the Cassa di Risparmio and the Bar Divino to the left, and then the Bank Monte dei Paschi to the right
• Shortly after this, turn left into a tiny street named Via J.F. Kennedy. Go to the end and bear left towards Santo Stefano. Keeping the large park/market square on your left, head to the right up a steep hill towards Santo Stefano.
• After about 2.7 km (note: do not turn right to house numbers 80-140!) turn left onto the avenue to the TENUTA DELLE ROSE, which is signposted and lit up at night. Coming from Florence (A1 motorway)
• On the A1, take the exit towards Scandicci, Lastra a Signa and Pisa. This takes you onto the main road S.G.C. Fi-Pi-Li. You will also be taken onto this road if you are coming from the town centre or from the airport, if you follow the blue signs for Pisa/Livorno
• After just 20 km take the Ginestra F.na exit
• Follow the signs for Montespertoli. You will reach this village after about 10 km
• Bear right in Montespertoli, towards Castelfiorentino
• The road to Montaione is clearly signposted from Castelfiorentino
• Shortly before Montaione you will come to a junction with two signs pointing towards Monta- ione – bear right
• Follow the road into the village until you see the large park/market square to the left
• At the end of the square there is a steep road to the right, which leads up to Santo Stefano
• After about 2.7 km (note: do not turn right to house numbers 80-140!) turn left onto the avenue to the TENUTA DELLE ROSE, which is signposted and lit up at night. We wish you a pleasant journey!

You are welcome to drive up to the accommodation in order to unpack your luggage. Once you have done so, please leave your car in the signposted car park halfway up the avenue.
