Individual cancellations afterwards will be charged as followed:
- After August 25 th 2014 20% of room rate and conference fees
- After September 8 th 2014 40 % of room rate and conference fees
- After September 22 nd 2014 60 % of room rate and conference fees . - After October 1 st 2014 80 % of room rate and conference fees
