The County Council (Bournebridge Lane, Hoe Lane, Hook Lane, Manor Road & New Road, /Stapleford Abbotts) (30MPH & 40MPH Speed Limit) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To ensure the permanent legal order matches the existing signs on the ground, this is purely a paper exercise no changes will be made on the ground. The speed limit in question is as follows: 1. To introduce a 30mph speed limit on the following length of Manor Road, Lambourne in the District of as specified: Road Description Manor Road, From the south western boundary of Berkeley Cottage in a Lambourne generally north eastern direction for a distance of approximately 750 metres

2. To introduce a 40mph speed limit on the following length of Manor Road, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest as specified: Road Description Manor Road, From its junction with Hook Lane/Bournebridge Lane in a generally Lambourne western direction for a distance of approximately 550 metres, then in a southerly direction for a distance of approximately 40 metres. A total length of 590 metres.

The Essex County Council (Bournebridge Lane, Hoe Lane, Hook Lane, Manor Road & New Road, Lambourne/Stapleford Abbotts) (Restricted Road & 40MPH Speed Limit) Order 2014 is hereby revoked, the restrictions contained within that order shall continue in force by virtue of this order.
