PATH CAR PARK WAY CAR PARK Explanation For the entrance, I decided to keep it spacious so there is a large area for cars or any other transport. Then I added a large path meaning it is not only accessible for people and families, but for wheelchair users and prams. There is also greenery either side of the entrance just to keep it environmentally friendly. Then on the left hand side there is a box office - it is used for purchasing tickets, first aid, and customer service. Opposite that on the right hand side there is a large sign/ billboard with the company name and slogan. If you continue walking straight forward you will come into the theme park where you can find a food and drinks stall to your left with a bench, since its the first thing you come across you are most likely to purchase from it as a marketing technique. Then across from that is Inferno , a popular one at this theme park. Then if you continue heading down that path on the left you will come to Tsunami, the biggest roller coaster in the UK, and then a gender neutral toilets with a disabled toilet and a baby change too. If you turn back around, come to the main path and head down the path on the right hand side, you will come to the area with the large, extreme rides, mainly for adults and teens, such as the drop ride, Erosion rollercoaster, Slingshot ride, Illusion roller coaster, air bender and a large gift shop. I have put these here because visitors that enjoy these rides can go on one after another without having to trek around the theme park to find them, and if the rides are infront of them, they will be tempted to try them all. Then taking the path straight up/ vertical, you will enter Tiny Valley - An area of rides that are more suitable for younger children and also teens. At this point you will find the Ghost train, Tea cups, , Ferris coaster, Nebula rollercoaster, a seating area and another toilets. I have placed these here so the younger children can stay within the area of the less extreme rides. Carry on heading horizontal to the left of the map and you will reach the area of rides that include the Milky way, Helter Skelter, another gift shop, a block of mini games/ fair games and mini golf, food, drinks and sweets stall, and I have located all of these here for the same previous reasons. Then turning down that path still on the left of the map, you will find the water rides, water log ride, Volk-halla water rollercoaster ride, large water slide with floaties and coy fish coaster, which is a all family suitable rollercoaster that includes a splash at the end. At the very end of this path you will find a Carousel which is a traditional theme park ride that I wanted to involve in mine. By turning back and heading up on the main path once more, you will come to the dome, an important building that is in this theme park (Its explanation can be found on slide 3). Then coming through the second door of the dome, you will come to the area that has been sectioned off, with the Hotel, Adult bar and pub with restaurant, the Owl’s child and babysitting centre, the swimming pool and Jacuzzi with outdoor sunbeds and seating, gift shop with toilets, food and drinks stall, arcade and night show where shows will be hosted in the evening for all the family, and then a restaurant found on the second floor. I have placed all of these here because I believe the hotel and resort should be separated from the theme park, and it makes it more accessible. The hotel is also not apart of the theme park anyway, so only makes it reasonable to have the closed off from one another. So in conclusion you can see I have added a variety of rides, roller coasters and fun activities to do while at Ouda Crescent Theme Park, and I also involved many bins, map marks, benches and greenery scattered across the theme park.
