Why would you flirt with an adulterous and foolish world? Christ is your jealous husband and will not be happy if you overlook him for another. He will be jealous indeed, and offended, if you kiss any other besides himself.

—Samuel Rutherford

Your character Is the one thing you cannot borrow, lend or escape, for it is you.

His Mercy Is More His Mercy Is More © 2016 Getty Music Love Your Enemies Publishing Words & Music: What love could remember, no wrongs we have done, Matt Boswell, Matt Papa Omniscient, all-knowing, He counts not their sum. Thrown into a sea without bottom or shore, Our sins they are many, His mercy is more.

(Chorus) Praise the Lord, His mercy is more. Stronger than darkness, new every morn. Our sins they are many, His mercy is more.

What patience would wait as we constantly roam, What father so tender is calling us home. He welcomes the weakest, the vilest, the poor. Our sins they are many, His mercy is more.

What riches of kindness He lavished on us, His blood was the payment, His life was the cost. We stood ‘neath a debt we could never afford. Our sins they are many, His mercy is more.

(Chorus x2) CONFESSION OF SIN & ASSURANCE

Assurance of Pardoning Grace

Hebrews 1:3-4

He (Jesus) is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become as much superior to angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than theirs.

Speak, O Lord Speak, O Lord © 2005 Thankyou Music Speak, O Lord, as we come to You Words & Music: Keith Getty & Stuart Townend To receive the food of Your holy word. Take Your truth, plant it deep in us; Shape and fashion us in Your likeness, That the light of Christ might be seen today In our acts of love and our deeds of faith. Speak, O Lord, and fulfill in us All your purposes, for Your glory.

Teach us, Lord, full obedience, Holy reverence, true humility; Test our thoughts and our attitudes In the radiance of Your purity. Cause our faith to rise; cause our eyes to see Your majestic love and authority. Words of power that can never fail— Let their truth prevail over unbelief.

Speak, O Lord, and renew our minds; Help us grasp the heights of Your plans for us— Truths unchanged from the dawn of time That will echo down through eternity. And by grace we’ll stand on Your promises, And by faith we’ll walk as You walk with us. Speak, O Lord, till Your church is built And the earth is filled with Your glory.

CHILDREN’S CHURCH: Children ages 3 to K are invited to go to Children’s Church during the Song of Preparation. Missionary News & an Opportunity Fan Drive - The blistering summer heat is upon us and our refugee friends are suffering. Most of them work minimum wage factory jobs and live below the poverty line. They are thus unable to use their HVAC systems to stay cool. We are collecting fans to bless our refugee neighbors in the Name of Jesus. If you would like to participate in our Fan Drive, you can order a small fan online (the Honeywell Turboforce is inexpensive on Amazon.com and Walmart.com) and have it shipped to our address: 5112 Highgate Court, Stone Mountain, GA 30087 Or you can give a donation online at: https://mtw.org/projects/96214. Thank you from Jonathan and Beka.
