Trille Frodelund Lykke has extensive experience working with leadership development in both public and private organizations, including government agencies and municipalities. Trille's strongest competences are working with management teams to strengthen their strategic communication skills, personal management capabilities as well as to promote group synergy and cooperation. She has over the years focused on planning and implementation of leadership development as well as carried out individual development dialogues with both top and middle managements. Trille is an inspiring teacher and process facilitator, who draws on group resources to create active learning, to explore leadership challenges and dilemmas, and to use theory as a starting point for the optimization of management practices.
