OAKLAND NOTES  The Oakland Athletics have lost two of three games since their season-high three-game winning streak…allowed a season-high 11 walks…the last time they walked at least 11 batters in a game was July 19, 2008 when they also walked 11 at home against New York-AL…were shut out by Detroit for the first time since August 23, 1993, a 9-0 loss at Tiger Stadium (Mike Moore one-hitter)…that was a span 152 consecutive games without being shutout, which was the longest in Oakland history against one team…are 0-1 on the six-game homestand against Detroit (0-1) and Boston (two games).  Gio Gonzalez matched his career-high with six walks (also Aug. 15, 2009 vs. CWS) and recorded a season-high six …has pitched six or more innings and allowed one run or fewer in each of his three starts this season...A’s starting now have a 2.56 ERA (24 er in 84.1 ip) this year.  Coco Crisp (0 for 4) is 4 for 27 (.148) in seven games since opening the season on a five-game hitting streak (7 for 21, .333).  Conor Jackson (2 for 4) has started five games this season and is 7 for 20 (.350) in those games…is 7 for 24 (.292) in seven games overall.  Andy LaRoche (0 for 2) had his six-game hitting streak snapped and is now 7 for 21 (.333) over his last seven games…the hitting streak was the longest by an Athletic this season.
