Cwmamman United Pen-Pics Season 2014-15 Cwmamman United History Cwmamman United started their history in 1976 in the Neath & District League Mark Snell Position Goalkeeper Age 32 Previous Clubs Skewen, , Garden Village, Goytre United. Division 3. Our first success came in Season 1980-81 when we were promoted to Josh Medwin Position Defender Age 23 the second division. In Season 1981-82 Cwmamman entered a reserve side in Previous Clubs Garden Village, West End Division 4 of the same league. Further success came for the 1st team as they were Neil Phillips Position Midfield Age 35 once again promoted to Division 1 in 1983-84 season. It wasn’t long before Previous Clubs West End (season 1985-86) when Cwmamman were promoted to the Premier League. The David Brown Position Midfield Age 29 next few seasons were an up and down affair with relegation from the premier Previous Clubs Seven Sisters, Haverfordwest, TaTa Steel being followed by promotion back to the premier. We now move on to our next project which is to extend Previous Clubs None our dressing rooms to incorporate a function/sponsors lounge and to complete our Robert Jones Position Goalkeeper Age 28 impressive floodlights on the other side of the ground. We strive to grow on and off the Previous Clubs St Ives pitch every season.
