maxTV Fox Sports Racing Contest 2016 Official Rules
th 1. The maxTV FOX Sports Racing (“Contest”) runs from May 27 t o June th 30 ( “Contest Period”). 2. Contestants will be eligible to enter upon the purchase of a maxTV Sports Theme pack. 3. All Saskatchewan residents over 18 years of age are eligible to enter.
4. SaskTel accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for entries that are not received, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible for whatever reason, including without limitation, due to computer or cellular network or other system interruption, malfunction, failure or breakdown of any kind or duration. SaskTel reserves the right in its absolute discretion, without any liability to any Contest entrant, to withdraw or modify the Contest should any of SaskTel systems or its network be adversely affected by any virus or other similar destructive agent during the Contest Period or in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of SaskTel that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules. 5. Chances of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries at the time of the draw in the Contest.
6. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws. 7. SaskTel is the sole judge and decision maker regarding any dispute about the application or interpretation of the Rules or any other aspect of the Contest and the judgment or decision of SaskTel shall be final. 8. SaskTel retains the right in its sole and absolute discretion to suspend or change for any reason, the start and/or end dates of the Contest, or to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest in part or as a whole, for any reason. 9. SaskTel reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from the Contest and to ban that individual from any future SaskTel contest whom it finds or believes to be tampering with the Contest entry process, the operation of the Contest or is acting in violation of the Contest rules. 10.Only one (1) entry per contestant. 11.Chosen entrants must correctly answer a timelimited mathematical skill testing question before being declared a winner.

Eligibility
1. This Contest is only open to Saskatchewan residents, over 18 years of age, except: ● employees of SaskTel its parent or affiliates or members of their families or those with whom they reside; and ● employees or agents of SaskTel advertising and promotion agencies.
Grand Prizes 2 FOX Sports Racing Tailgate kits each containing: ● Cooler chair ● BBQ tool set ● Coleman NXT 200 portable grill
Prize redemption and exchange
1. All prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not redeemable for cash and are nontransferable. 2. Prize items will be available for pickup at the SaskTel security desk (Regina – Cornwall Centre), or mailing arrangements will be made. 3. FOX Sports Racing is the sole sponsor of this Contest.
