• Chair of the curriculum committee and of the direct services sequence during a major revision of the professional (M.S.W.) curriculum. • Participant in five accreditations by the Council on Social Work Education • Four terms on faculty personnel committee including as chair; worked closely with three deans developing policies and procedures for faculty tenure/promotion and merit salary reviews. • Involved in all aspects of junior and senior faculty recruitment. • Lead and support role in preparation of numerous institutional grant applications, including successful application for federally funded, regional child welfare center serving Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska for which I was initial director. • Helped develop and implement experimental B.S.W./M.S.W. program. • Multiple terms on Faculty Executive Committee, major governance body for the School of Social Work, including four terms as Chair.
