Vouchers are valid for a period of three years from the date of purchase (as stated on the voucher).
Vouchers are redeemable for accommodation, touring and experiences bookable through Southern Crossings. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. No change or credit can be paid for any unused portion of the voucher.
Should the total value of travel arrangements booked with Southern Crossings exceed the value of the voucher, Southern Crossings will invoice the balance in accordance with its normal booking terms and conditions.
Once the voucher has been redeemed, if a booking refund is requested, and is available under the terms and conditions of the booking, any refund will be re- issued as a credit to be used at a later date and not as cash.

Whilst the dollar equivalent of the package originally purchased is valid for three years, a supplement may be payable to confirm the package of services outlined if the suppliers’ rates have increased after the rate period indicated on the voucher.
